Privacy
Here's what happens to your information when you use this site. It's short, because we don't do much with it.
What we collect
We collect what you type into our two forms, and nothing else.
The contact form asks for your name, email, and a message. The Growler Room inquiry form asks for your name, email, phone, preferred date, roughly how many guests, the occasion, and anything else you'd like to tell us.
You choose what to put in those fields. If you'd rather not use a form, call or email us instead.
Where it goes
Our forms are handled by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this site. When you hit send, your submission is saved in our Netlify account and emailed to our team.
That's the whole path: your browser, Netlify, our inbox.
What we do with it
We read it and we reply to you. That's it.
We don't sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Server logs
Like most websites, our host keeps standard technical records of visits: things like IP address, browser type, and which pages were loaded. We use these to keep the site secure and running properly.
Cookies and tracking
We don't set any cookies of our own, and we don't run advertising trackers or anything that follows you around after you leave.
One exception, and we'd rather say it plainly than bury it. Our tap list on theOn Tap and Menupages is served by Untappd, who keep it up to date for us. Loading either page fetches that list from Untappd, which means their systems see your IP address and browser, and they count the view through their own analytics. We don't receive any of it, we can't switch it off without dropping the live tap list, and none of it is tied to anything you send us through our forms. Every other page on this site loads nothing from anyone else.
Fonts
Our typefaces are served from our own site, not from a font service. Loading a page here doesn't send a request to Google or anyone else for lettering.
Links to other places
We link out to Google Maps for directions, and to our Instagram and Facebook pages. Once you're on one of those sites, you're under their privacy practices, not ours.
Age
This site is meant for people 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
Email us and we'll tell you what we have, fix anything that's wrong, or delete it. No forms to fill out. Just ask.
