Meet the owners
In 2020, we became the owners of Fill's Growlers, and what started as a fun business venture quickly became something much more personal.
For us, Fill's is more than a business. Fill's is a place we genuinely love building, growing, and sharing with our community. While we both have full-time careers outside of Fill's, this little taproom has a very special place in our lives and in our family.
Family is at the center of everything we do. We love creating a place where families and friends can gather, neighbors can run into one another, and people can slow down and enjoy good drinks and good company. We've always wanted Fill's to feel less like a bar and more like a community gathering place, somewhere you're excited to return to and where you feel like you belong.
As the third owners of Fill's, we're proud to carry on what previous owners built while continuing to put our own stamp on the taproom. We're constantly dreaming up new ways to make Fill's better, from new drinks to events and experiences that bring people together.
We may not be behind the bar every day, but Fill's is a huge part of our lives, and we're incredibly grateful to the customers, team members, and community who have made it what it is today.

Our favorite part of Fill's is the people who fill it. Our beertenders are here to make sure every person who walks through our doors feels welcome. They do so much more than pour a great beer. They are here to help you find something you'll love, answer questions, make recommendations, and make sure you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door.
Our team brings experience from across the hospitality, bar, and brewery industries, with a genuine appreciation for craft beer, wine, cider and the people who enjoy them. Whether you know exactly what you want or have no idea where to start, our beertenders are happy to guide you through the taps and help you discover something new.
Not sure what style you like? Tell us what you normally drink. Looking for something light and refreshing? Something bold and hoppy? We can point you in the right direction, or even help you step outside your usual order.
We believe great hospitality is about more than knowing what's on tap. It's about remembering faces, listening to our customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and treating everyone who walks through our doors like a neighbor.
